If your system is running slow, unable to complete operations or shutting down on you, this is the solution. This procedure restores your system to factory conditions. You'll be running smoother and faster than the day you got it, we promise. (You will need to provide us with your restore disks and install disks for any software you want us to reinstall. If these are not available, we will install the operating system only.)

Don't lose your precious files! Photos, Financial Data and music can be safely copied so you don't ever have to worry about data loss. Includes one-time backup, virus scan and transfer to another computer, external hard drive or DVD. If you do not have another computer, an external hard drive, or blank DVD's, you can purchase them from us.

If you have an external hard drive, but are sick of dragging and dropping, let us help you configure one touch backups! We can have your system syncing data, so you never have to worry about what files you missed! If you do not have an external hard drive, you can purchase one from us.

If your system needs to come in to our shop for repair, have a technician come to your home or office to pick it up. Why not? It's FREE.

When your system has been completed, we'll deliver it to your doorstep.(Disconnection and reconnection/setup not included, limited area. Call for details.)
